PT. ARSynergy Resources (ARS), a private domestic company, that owns LPG Plant located in Gresik, East Java, produces LPG with a capacity of 217.8 tpd or 3.69 MMSCFD from feed gas 40.13 MMSCFD, first commissioned in 2016.
Since early 2022, the quality of the gas outlet Dehydration Unit has been found out of specification causing freezing in Cold Box. ARS requested PT Insania Energi Utama (IE) to investigate the root cause of such a problem and conducted a site survey on 13 August 2022, as well as proposing several action plans. On 4 July 2023, IE executed DHU molecular sieve replacement.
